The average time to identify and secure a property varies, depending on customer brief and market stock.

Is it really possible to find neutrally/positively geared property in non-mining regions?

Absolutely! This is a very important strategy used by many of our investors. Our buyers advocate can provide investor support in this area.

Is it really possible to find properties that have not been advertised?

Absolutely! We are regularly approached by private vendors, real estate agents and other industry contacts who have clients that are looking to sell quickly but have reasons such as time and cost, for not putting their property officially on the market.

What is supplied to enable the customer to make a decision?

All of our properties are presented to our customers with a cash flow sheet. This contains:
